Everyone who has encountered head lice knows how much time and effort it is needed to get rid of them. It is not surprising that this is the worst nightmare for parents when their children pick up lice at school!

How to find lice:

• Symptoms appear 4-6 weeks after infection
• Lice 1-3 millimeters long
• Translucent, gray, brown, black or red
• The best way to check is a special comb

A simple treatment method without chemistry:

You will need:

• Comb from lice
• Rinoster for the mouth
• White vinegar
• Shower cap or bag
• Towel

Instructions:

1. Moisten your hair with a rinse for your mouth (lice do not like a strong smell). Put on a hat for 1 hour.
2. Rinse your hair and soak it in white vinegar (helps to get rid of nits). Wait again for 1 hour.
3. Wash your hair with ordinary shampoo and comb with a comb from lice.
4. For prevention, slightly sprinkle the child’s hair with a rinse aid in front of the school.
